Default Tire sizes with lift kit fitted

Hello I have the At Brit man Emu 2" coil over lift kit on my truck. (no air)
and wonder about going from standard tire size 255 60 R18 to 265 70 R18 ?
As mentioned the truck has the lift kit and the wheel wells look a bit empty.
Wondering about any clearance issues or rim issues with
the bigger tires? Also speedo reads lower?
Recommendations appreciated.
(I always fit Nokian tires)
TIA

You won't be able to use Access Height, and may have some slight rubbing when flexed. Other than that it should be fine.

I would be willing to bet the coil kit makes access height unattainable anyways

That being said the tire size should be fine. I ran it years ago on the coil conversion kit

thanks for the response,
Yes the air suspension was removed years ago and has the a/b old man emu spring kit with 2" lift.
I highly recommend the kit except the instructions did not mention fixing ride height
sensors in place to nobble the "suspension fault" warning message.
I decided to get Nokian One 114 rating since we mostly street drive
and only only have the occasional gravel road. 265 65 r18 is the choice, but I think the speedo will read higher than actual?
regards

Speedo should be close to spot on but it can be corrected with a GAP tool if required.
