Default Transmission Jump

Having trouble diagnosing an issue with the tranny. After vehicle warms up, usually after a longer drive, the LR3 will kind of jump forward a bit at a stop. So slowing down at a stop sign, almost right as we are coming to a complete stop, the transmission feels like it jumps. Not really sure how to explain it other than that. Mechanic thought it was just a software update. Which seemed to help. But after driving it more, the problem is right back to where it started and seems to get worse the farther we drive. I am due to get the transmission serviced soon, but I dont want to put in that money without fixing the problem, because it its a solenoid or something inside the tranny, I have wasted new fluid.

Thanks for any help you can offer.

Might be unrelated, but I noticed mine doing this in low range and rock crawl while off-roading and coming to a stop. Thought maybe it was normal for those settings, but not so sure now. I was planning on flushing the tranny in the next couple months with Mercon SP or Redline D6 (cheaper than ZF).

Seems like the truck is still downshifting or something. Very disconcerting when stopping to speak with a trail guide and your truck lurches forward.
