Recently acquired an 06 lr3 and i cant find US sources for any of the following or what i want regarding these items. Anyone have suggestions for sites?
And yes i searched the forum.

Disc 4 tail lights w resistors
brush guard
grill upgrades

 

eBay for the lights and grill most likely.

The grill guard will probably be used from craigslist, the forum for sale or eBay. Most of the factory options are not offered anymore.
