I am a new LR3 owner - 06 HSE. Have had it a couple weeks and everything is running great (knock, knock) with the exception of the Voice Recognition. It used to work on and off, but now Moneypenny doesn't respond toa thing I say. Have had acouple other people give command and even tried Spanish with no luck. Have not found anything on any of the forums and was wondering if there was a way to fix/reset it without taking it in.

 

The voice system can be effected by something as simple as the blower fan running. I also have noticed that if you speak to your system like it's retarded it will act like it.
Try to speak at a normal speech pace an tone. Also try finding a volume that works best and then try to speak always in that range. I personally found the "sweet spot" and it works fine for me now.

Thanks. Got back home and tried what you said. It's working much better. Also helps to talk toward the lower right portion of the dash.
