Has anyone tried to purchase or ship something from Prospeed to the US? I’ve tried contacting them in every manner I can think of short of sending a carrier pigeon or having UK-based family knock on their door. Would love to order the Front Spotlight Mounts but no luck. Have a post in the marketplace looking for a pair, but if anyone here has some advice or suggestions on how to acquire said mounts I’m all ears!

 

I ordered a roof rack from them last month which they contacted me directly and shipped out to Oregon within a couple days. Calvin has been good to deal with and has emailed me every time I have had a question. Product is very nice. The process has been less than smooth however but not because of Prospeed to this point. FedEx lost one of the boxes they sent then found it but when it arrived it was missing all but one part out of it. I called prospeed earlier this week and they answered and we spoke about the replacement process. At this point they have been great. I am waiting to hear on the shipment of the replacement which I hope will be soon and go better. They also participate in a threat on defender2.net. Here is a link to the specific thread.

I tried ordering a few accessories about a year ago and this was the response: "We aren’t able to ship our Off Road accessories to the US at the moment unfortunately. We are however able to ship our new Roof Rack to the US due to the size and packaging."

 

Interesting. The roof rack does come disassembled so would explain that part. Their customer service has been great. Calvin just emailed me again this morning. Has been good about staying in touch through the process.
