Default What is this?

Refurbished the front valve block and this was just hanging behind the wheel well. What is it and should I just zip tie it up?

Figured where it goes, definitely has to be an easier way to get it back on, but got it. Still don’t know what it is.

makes sense, if I take the liner down again, i'll need to see if there is extra wire that's stuck or something. the wire is almost too short to get hand behind the liner to unplug it

The pigtail for them is very short. They are quite annoying to disconnect the first time. Along the fender liner there should be two screws inside a three-pronged plastic rivet. Withdraw the screw, collapse the prongs, and insert the prongs in the fastening holes on the antenna. Drive the screws into the rivets and that will hold the antenna in place.

You can normally unplug them from the front after removing the headlight, then remove the liner. I know it is an extra step, but if I have learned anything about working on these things is it sometimes easier to do 50 easy steps than 28 hard steps.

OR..... if you have long enough arms, just reach up under the front portion of the liner and disconnect them.
