...this is a common update in the other side of the Atlantic. All the buttons work and it's plug-n-play if you use this new circut boards from here:
http://blackbox-solutions.com/shop/c...eel-conversion
Works on most 2010-2012 LR4 or RRS Wheels.

My cruise buttons were flaking out too. Probably from excessive IIDTOOL use. The repalcement switch was ridiculous price, so it was only a $100 more to upgrade!

I did not gave heated feature on my 2006 LR3, so it would require a new clock spring to enable that. I live in Virginia now, so thats low on thd priotirty list.

it's nice having the vol and track controls on both sides of the wheel.

I have no idea who was in charge of making the decision to put the volume on the right side of the wheel, but they deserve to be castrated lol

I can sort of excuse UK car manufactures, but it cant be that hard to have a LHD version of the steering wheel. Could by dont with just programming (like mine above). MORE ridiculous is the "american made" car with right hand vol buttons. My GMC Yukon rental car yesterday has well hidden vol buttons on the back right side of the steering wheel. I found the actual vol **** more far more convenient.

So, not what I have done but what will be done in the next few weeks... specifically, new poly bushings all around. Have noticed a rattle sound when going over small road imperfections at slow speed so had the shop take a look. Besides needing a front sway bar link, the bushings on the rear upper and lower have excessive play as well as the front lowers. Parts from British Atlantic will run about a grand and then labour but I'll have a new, tight suspension that will outlast the truck.

I knew the bushings would have be looked at sometime in the future, just wasn't expecting it now.

C'est la vie... thats Rover ownership babee!

Sanded/painted any surface rust (from wheelin') and also coated the frame with an anti-corrosion spray. I do this once a year.
