4.0 LR3, putting engine back together, but dont remember where this go. any help would be much appreciated.

 

That wire assembly is for grounding the coils. Looks like one of your ring terminals is broken off. Can't remember for sure... the long end of the wire with one terminal attaches to to firewall with an acorn nut.
