Default yellow exclamation mark inside a triangle & ECU connection issue

Hi every1

This is a 2006 LR3 with only 64k miles on it.

May i ask what this warning light means? exclamation mark inside a triangle bottom right hand corner.

Another issue I have is the connection with the ECU. I tried 2 ELM OBD2 adapters to check the car but it CAN NOT connect to the ECU. The adapter is fine. My phone can connect to the adapter but just the adapter CAN'T connect to the ECU. I suspect the fuse is blown along with the cig lighter fuse. Where are the fuse for ECU? You think I can just replace the fuse and the OBD2 can connect to ECU?

Default DSC Indicator

Dynamic Stability Control. I believe the 4ETC uses the same indicator as well.

Just to be certain, key to position II when trying to read codes? Cause some require that, some not. For my laptop I usually don't even need the key in there but for a few functions, but its a Rover specific laptop.

I know that the key has to turn to position 2. I may need to buy the bluedriver its like $100. The ones Im using is much cheaper adapters.

Just an example of what I use, not sure if the exact same model. But it looks the same. This is what I use with my laptop and it came with the software I got. Works fine.
