Default 2011 LR4 Keyless Vehicle Module KVM Location ?

I've searched all over to find the location of this part. I pulled the headliner down and there is only a small receiver not the KVM. Any help would be greatly appreciated. My wifes car shows smart key not found. It has codes u201f-31 external receiver and b1b01-87 key transponder codes. I've tried both keys and tried to program both keys again but it won't work. Everything I have read shows the KVM has went bad. Thanks

I thought it was in the dash on the drivers side. close to the main center console.

I don't own an LR4 but I seem to remember seeing a video of the KVM module being on the left (driver's) side (NAS) of the machine at the rear after the interior trim was removed... I was searching for programming the LR3 key I think, hope this helps a bit...
