My hunting dog chewed up my middle row, center seat headrest this weekend, (she was anxious to get hunting). I need to replace it and am having a difficult time removing it. Pushing the tab in that allows it to be raised and lowered, but it doesn't want to release and come out. Is there a trick to this? Also, it is the "Ebony" color. Does anyone know where I can buy a replacement?

Once you have the headrest fully extended you have to press another little tab at the base of the other post of the headrest.
