Long story short, my brother was in town for Thanksgiving in his LR4 and according to him and the shop that looked at it he ran it dry on coolant and trashed the engine.

Since he lives a state away it has fallen on me to either find a buyer for it or attempt to part it out as the cost to fix it is prohibitively high.

93000 miles. Everything worked perfectly before the incident. He has the title free and clear.








My questions are:

What should it be worth as it sits?

Is the classified section of this forum a good place to attempt to part it out?

I don't mind pulling parts or even shipping them if need be.
