Apologies in advance if this has been covered in another thread already.

I’ve got a 2014 LR4 HSE. It didn’t have a hitch receiver when I purchased it, so I recently installed an after market one from Atlantic British. This one specifically. The vehicle has a tongue rating of about 550, the hitch about 500.

Has anyone had experience hauling a 400-440 pound motorcycle with a trailer like this, with the after market hitch set up? It seems like a lot of weight on the tongue, but I guess it’s made for it? The motorcycle hitch weighs about 60 pounds.

Would just like some input, opinions, etc if anyone has them.
