Default Air Suspension Replacement

Hi All, just bought a 2016 LR4 SCV6, full dealer history, 77'000kms (47'000miles). Had a few LR's over my time, learnt to buy aftermarket parts from agents rather than direct from Land Rover. My question is this, due to the current crisis with parts all over the world, my guy is telling me that he doesn't have any replacement LR 4 shocks in stock and will take approx 6 weeks to arrive. But he has LR3 shocks which he assures me are the same, just different part numbers. Can anyone confirm this? Parts are from Britpart.

Thanks all

They physically fit the same, but I do believe there are slight differences in dampening - but you wont notice. And I think at this point LR really only produces one, so basically a new OEM LR3 strut is a re-packaged LR4 strut.
