Has anybody had their dealer turn on the audible confirmation (horn honk) when you lock or unlock the vehicle on an LR4. I talked to a local dealer and they said it was easy enough, but would cost 60$.

 

I am surprised they want to charge you for making that change. My dealership turned on my Daytime Running Lights, then turned them back off after I decided I didn't like the way they looked. They took it as a learning opportunity. I would suggest seeing if there is another dealership in your area willing to do it gratis.

I have not turned on the audible confirmation, so don't have any insight to how it sounds, etc.
