Both Xenon Headlights Out
I have a 2013 LR4 w/xenon lights. Both low-beam lights are out. The high-beams work just fine. So, I doubt both low-beam xenons died at the same time. Some of my research reveals a "ballast" issue.
So, I have a few things I'm thinking:
1) Does anyone have this issue?
2) How can I test if the bulb works, but isn't getting juice?
3) How can I test if it is the ballast issue?
4) Fuses/Breakers - I checked the manual and no help. Does anyone have insight into fuse/breakers for the xenons?
Thanks in advance everyone!

The only common outside source that I can think of for this is the switch, I would check to see if it will work in auto or on.
The ballasts are in the headlights, so failure at the same time is the same odds as the bulbs failing together.
Do not try to check for voltage at the bulb, its a 20KV system, and can seriously harm you.
Are you positive that you have Xenons? All LR4s have projector lights, but a good amount of them(most that I see) have halogen bulbs.
Are you sure they went out at the same time?
Do the side/tail lights come on when the switch is turned on?
