I have a disco 4 2012
Today I was out and everything appeared normal my park assist worked.
I went to make a phone call on Bluetooth as I did a loud screeching noise came over the speakers??
This could be turned down with the volume dial.

After turning car off the noise had gone but with I went to make the call again it disconnected from the car. This is still a issue. The phone stays connected till I make a call. If I try to play music through Bluetooth there is no sound but shows on screen what is playing.

The radio works so I can hear perfectly fine.

Then I find out my park assist is not fully working. All my cameras work and in reverse so the red boxes when your close to object BUT no noise???

I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. This may be the most “only in a Land Rover” post I have seen in a while.

How old is your battery? These trucks hate batteries on their way out.
