Hey all - I have a 2010 LR4 and the driver's side rear door lock just stopped working from the fob and front switches. Door still can be opened by manually pulling up on the lock. Any ideas on what this is? I've seen it's an issue on Discovery II but not seen anything on LR4? Thanks for the help!!!!

Can you clarify - do you mean the door handle still works but it doesn't lock? Do you get a double beep when you try and central lock all doors?

If so, the door actuator is jamming. Not uncommon on these and LR3s. I had it happen to my drivers door. Actuator needs replacement if that's the case - you can do it yourself but I think it means dropping out the window glass which is a bit of a hassle

 

Had the same issue on the same door on the same model year. I took apart the door and found it was the module which needed to be replaced. Had the dealer handle as there was quite a bit to get right and program to make it work. Not a terrible expensive part.
