Easy way to tell if early LR4 has rear locking differential?
So in the facelifted (2014 and after) LR4, I believe I am correct in saying that you know it has the rear-locking differential if it comes with the two-speed transfer case (and the accompanying switch in the console). Is there a similarly easy way to tell on the pre-facelift models? I know they all have the two-speed transfer case. Does that mean they all had the rear-locking differential? If not, is there any way to tell at all from a brief inspection?
