Front air struts replacement - it's easy
For longer than I should have ever allowed, the front air struts have been leaking, first started overnight then progressed to within and hour or 2, which resulted in the compressor having to run constantly and also trigger suspension faults. And also could no longer go into extended mode.
Took less than 2 hours to replace both, easy to do but the left front airline screw was a bit of a pain to screw back in as there's little access and can only turn the 12mm spanner about 2-3 degrees at a time.
The result's fantastic, I'd forgotten how high normal ride height was and it operates perfectly now.
Used the genuine OEM BWI Eurospare version with lifetime warranty from FCP. Identical to original with same markings and stickers except you can see where they ground off the Land Rover stamp on shock tube and off the rubber bush. Manufacture dates were 2023 August.
