Default front bumper camera

Hello, I'm new to the forum, but not to Land Rover and I was hoping someone could offer some guidance. I recently purchase a 2016 LR4 HSE and noticed that the left front camera was pushed in a bit. Sure, I can take it in and get it fixed for free, but I was wondering if it could be simply popped back out from behind? The backside of the bumper didn't seem easily accessible, but I thought I'd ask. Thanks!

I ended up fixing it by removing the fog light and then accessing the camera fixture below it. It seems that it was attached inside with adhesive so I inserted some epoxy and applied pressure from the inside. An hour later, I removed the pressure and it seems to be fixed...for now.

Yep! There is another one on the other side of the bumper and also cameras underneath the door mirrors. If I had to guess, I'd say that the camera got pushed in by an automatic car wash. Now that I own it, it won't see one of those so it should be fine from now on.
