Default Help with noise while excellerating

I have a 2010 LR4 with 85k miles. I noticed a almost grinding or slipping noise while giving it moderate throttle at slower speeds. It seems to increase if the vehicle has been driven more. I tried applying load with the brakes on and it doesn't replicate the noise. I did a recalibration of the t-case with my gap tool. Next may try new t-case and diff fluids. Has anyone encountered a similar situation?
