Good Evening, today I got in my truck and found this sound coming from what sounds like the drivers side rear hub/brake assembly area.

What should I look for? I've read that the brake calipers may need greased (I detail and clean my wheels/tires often), already confirmed the parking brake is functioning properly, and am at a loss for other items to check for.

I am very new to the LR4 world, I've always owned GM trucks prior to this LR4. Thank you in advance for some ideas to look for and potential remedies!
