I installed a new Hitachi compressor after my local labdrover dealership said it was throwing fault codes after replacing the front solenoid. Now they are coming back to me stating that compressor will not work with my vehicle. I have a 2010 lr4. It throws a suspension fault then states only normal height is available and doesn't raise my front end.
dealership said they can't program or calibrate it since it's the wrong compressor anyone else have this issue?

 

What is the part number for the compressor you ordered?

 

Lr023964 they are still saying it can't be programmed to work, but are refusing to replace the relay just trying to sell me another new compressor for 1700

 

So it is a brand new Land Rover supplied part? Why wouldn't it be under warranty? And this is the correct part number, I believe LR072537, may depend on your VIN.

 

I bought it off of Rock auto. It's states they are interchangeable item numbers
