Hi! Over the last few weeks, i've noticed a very strange sound coming from round the lower glove box. It will start even when engine is not running. It's not the AC blower/fan at all, since I turned the AC off and removed the cabin filter and checked the fan while listening for teh noise. As long as pre-ignition power is on, the sound is there. I've uploaded an MP3 of the noise.

Any hints what it could be?
