Seemed to happen out of no where, coming from a red light, went into limp mode, couldn’t exceed 10mph.

Cheapo scanner said p2118 which I cleared and p2119 which is permanent. I’m waiting for my GAP iid tool to arrive for more details and I also ordered a cheap used throttle body on ebay but that may have been a bit premature.
I did remove the intakes (and broke a little plastic coolant line in doing so) to look at the throttle body which looks very clean and the plug and wires are fully intact.
