Default Relay description and service mode

I have a 2016 LR4 that i got from a seller in hawaii after last years hurricane.
Starter has failed which i replaced and now i think the bcm (central junction box) has failed as well. I have found a replacement bcm and im trying to program it to the car but i need to get the car into the ON ignition mode (engine off). since the bcm also carries the key information i cant turn the car to the on position. Im looking for the ignition relay to jump so i can get power to the pcm and all other modules in order to program the BCM.
Usually cars with keyless entry have either a SERVICE mode or you can jump the ignition relay to get the car into the ON position inorder to bypass the security feature.
owners manual has all the fuses listed but none of the relays. there are 19 relays under the hood fuse box and 2 in the central junction box (bcm) under the glovebox. for the under the hood fusebox, there are symbols for the relays on the box but it is rather vague.

any help would be much appreciated.
