Default suspension front block issues

ok, i had the normal issue of front end lowering overnight. I checked both struts with soapy water...no bubbles. i pulled the fuse and the front end still lowered overnight. rear was normal height. I removed the front block...rebuilt it with the usual kit. reinstalled and the electrical connector blew off from pressure...must be leaking internally. I disassembled it again and replaced all the o rings again. reassembled and reinstalled. seemed to be ok but then dash started stating " suspension in extended mode". drove it for a bit and then it started saying "suspension lift will begin after system cools". I assume the compressor was overheating.
I suppose i will order a new block and install but anyone else run in to this?

I have not had this issue... however, I have heard, that you should, when rebuilding, or replacing new... clear out the air lines. Debris from the old valve block can get into the lines, then when discnneting and replacing the debris gets loose then logged in another area.. giving you a different set of issues. Once again I have not had these issues.. but I have been told this by my mechanic. So it might be worth look in to. Good luck keep us posted.

Thanks, Jeff.
Ok, after the rebuild fiasco, i ordered an aftermarket block from amazon ($60ish). It arrived yesterday; appears to be exactly the same as oem sans the Land Rover logo on teh block. Replaced the voss connectors and the block. Fired it up and suspension worked perfectly and no wierd messages or errors. It doesn't appear to have leaked down overnight either. Hope this cured it.

Thanks
