Thread watched 2016 LR4 Coolant Leak 50k miles (tstat, water pump, front pipe)
OK a buddy's 2016 was pressure tested and is leaking coolant from the thermostat, water pump and front pipes.
I advised him to do pcv valve and vacuum pump while they're at it, and to use metal pipes from Lucky8 where available.
Any other suggestions while they're doing this?
The rear y pipe has already been replaced.

Going thru the same thing with my 2013 LR4 v8, not the 6cyl
After over 190K miles, just now needing to do it.
Depending on your miles, I would suggest anything you have to go past after taking the intake manifold off replace it. Most of the labor is in taking off the intake manifold.
I am going to get the 5.0l v8 coolant upgrade kit from Lucky8 and put in a LR OEM front cross pipe. Lucky8's kit for the non SC 5.0L v8 does not have a aluminum front cross pipe.
I think their v6 upgrade kit includes both front and rear cross pipes
Pay Once, cry Once.
