I’m new to the forums, but would love some advice on towing a small camper with our 2013 LR4. We have towed a small boat (28’) previously, but have never used the LR4 with a camper. We have the OEM tow package installed, but I wonder if I should also add a separate brake controller? It looks like others in the forum have towed campers without a brake controller, but would welcome any advice. The camper we’re looking to tow is 2900 lbs (dry weight) and about 18’ long.

The LR4 handled our boat beautifully and we’re hoping for the same experience with the camper. Thanks in advance!
