It’s not obvious to me what’s wrong with it. The fairy lights seem to work. Does your main beam work? Or the long beam? The xenon (main beam) is D3S, the long beam is H7 if I remember correctly.

 

If it is the dip beam (Main beam) the cheapest/fastest place I found (I'm in CONUS) was on Amazon. Found one "like new" under "New & Used" for cheap, but paid normal price for the second. Replaced in my driveway in ten minutes.
