I think I have what you're looking for and it's in excellent condition. But I'm in southern California. It does come apart into three pieces but still pretty big.

It came off a D2 I just bought with 45k miles. Guard was installed around 28k miles. It was a dealer display car so it's been cleaned regularly, never off-road, etc. The guard looks like new.

The pictures below were taken immediately after removal and it had not been cleaned. Extremely good condition. The rubber and plastic bits show small signs of age but I'm guessing that could be easily restored considering overall condition. I may even try to clean it up but it's been raining cats and dogs here, so maybe next weekend. Although not shown, it has all the brackets and hardware. I just had already put them in a bag.

Yep, that is what I'm looking for. Send me a message with a price and we can figure it out. If you can weigh it, I can get a shipping estimate too, or if you have a better way to get one that would be great.

To the OP here - my advice would be to go ahead and buy this one as you will never find another one in this condition again (I looked for years for a 99-02 brush guard in similar a+ condition)

I had it listed for $600 but have since lowered to $500. Some of the foam is showing some wear/aging. But the powdercioated metal is great. And most of the foam is great.

I cleaned it up a bit and added a light ceramic wax and that's when I noticed the foam and reduced $100.

Yes, I am able to weigh it and could figure out to the dismantled dimensions of you want it. It raining tonight though so I can't do anything until tomorrow.

guard by itself is 43 pounds, add shippng bix and hardware, I expect total weight aroudn 52 pounds. Bix size estimate is 36x30x18. if you want to check shipping, i think thats a good start
