Ladder installed. It does conflict with my rack at full open but I'm switching to a different rack anyway. Also, rack is a very old aluminum prototype, before prospeed times so not surprised by that.
The steps are nice!!
No other issues installing. There is a through hole for mounting something on the right side of the ladder, looks like a light in their pictures, not sure what that's for but I won't be putting a light there. And no hardware needed to install.
