I just did my 04 to an 06 front. Unless you have someone donating most of the parts, I wouldn't do it. I was lucky enough to have an entire donot vehicle. I'd say labor time alone is 8 hours for someone who has done it before. Maybe 12 hours for a first timer. We charge $75/hr at my shops for mechanical work adn $125/hr for electrical. So, at least $700 labor. But it's the parts that will kill you. Off the top of my head, you need headlights, grille, bumper cover, bumper support, headlight brackets, headlight connectors, fenders (or modify your existing fenders and fabricate a rubber filler). There are even more parts if you really want a clean install. The headlight connectors are totally different. So, there will be a lot of cutting and soldering. There are a lot of miscellaneous things to modify as well to make the fit. I posted wiring diagrams for the headlight conversion in the forums in the even you still want to take it on.
