Diamond Plated trunk and gate
so i ended up buying the gate panel from Columbia Overland. He forgot to send the bolt kit so i used some #14 1" steel screws but they are not thick enough so I just emailed him am still waiting for this bolt kit....
The left and right sides are tacked down as mentioned. You can also cut along the tack strips with a carpet knife and then pull the carpet out.
Those door panels are pretty nice and cover the OE sub that no longer works! Seems like a good DIY and it doesn't have to be brushed alum or diamond plate.
