Default Discovery 2 European Headlights

I have mentioned these before in passing, but most people did not seem interested or didn't seem to believe how much better they are over the US spec lights. Last night I happened to be in a place where I could get a good shot of the beam pattern. Remember, these are for Left Hand E spec light lights, not Right Hand UK spec,

First the lights themselves. I grabbed these off of the net because I do not feel like going out and getting a shot of my dirty truck.
The biggest difference at a glance is the clear parking lamp. In the US both the turnsignal and the parking lamp are amber. The rest of the world gets a clear parking light. It has gone through inspection with a clear lamp behind that clear lens too. YMMV

Next is the actual beam pattern. I do not have a "before" pic, but most people know how their lights look going down the road.

They do not look all that different from projector headlights, non?

I owned an old Porsche. One of the most common modifications with old Porsche car owners is to swtich from the 7" USDOT headlamps to the European E-code versions. The European versions provide better beam cut-off patterns.
