That black disco is EXACTLY what i want. The color is perfect (deep and flat), lifted, bigger tires, are those fenders trimmed? snorkel, pretty much everything i want in my truck, all of which my wife will murder me if i do to it. I feel like if i start subtly phasing in the changes she may not notice, like if i just come back home one day and the truck is two inches higher, i'll just tell her she's getting shorter. All though i do think it'll be harder to subtly change the color from epsom green to flat black. Hmmmm.....

BINGO....matte black is AWESOME.

Mine's still Borrego Yellow, and a DII, and I wouldn't dream of painting it.

The duplicolor DIY paint isn't too bad, i've painted a couple cars with it. They most of your basic colors, and its fairly resonable on cost.

that thing is awesome. did you paint it yourself? If so how involved was it? Did you just mar the factory paint and spray over it? What type of paint did you use?
Awesome job.
Lemme know if you want to trade straight up for my stock 99 D1 with bad o2 sensors haha.

thank you buddy. I did paint it myself. I wet sanded the factory paint with 400/800/1200 grit sandpaper to give a nice smooth surface. The i applied rustoleum automotive primmer about 7 cans and the used rustoleum painter touch flat black about 8 cans. I going to wet sand this paint to make it smooth then apply another light coat and a clear coat and i'll be done with the body haha.

sounds cool but i think i'll stick with this discovery lol!

the lift is a 5 1/2" but heres the catch haha. I'm using Wild horses early bronco 4.5" progressive springs by them being designed for a steel body with a iron block rather than a alloy body with and aluminum block they lift me about one inch higher than what the lift is.

its not a perfect fit so i had to do some cutting here and there to make them fit but they are so nice on the road and long travel springs. I also have longer links and panhard rod to match this tall lift those will be installed soon.

heres a better picture of the lift it's a work in process!
