Electronic fuel injection conversion
Depending on what it was going into, I'd probably get a complete lucas system from an old rusted out RRC of a newer year, like maybe 1994. RRC and a 110 for example can use the same fuel tank, so that would make it easier to use the high pressure RRC fuel pump.
Another option other than the megasquirt listed might be the holley TBI setups that bolt on like a 4 bbl carb. You'd have to get a Buick style 4bbl intake manifold.

Swapping from a parts car would be the most cost-effective path.
The Megasquirt system has been worked out for the Rover in the link above.
MoTec is the best aftermarket EFI system, but I'm not aware of anyone fitting it to an old Rover V8.
