HorsePower TV
Just saw an awesome episode of trucks where they took a length of 1/4 inch steel bar and formed it over the front tire, then used that as a exact duplication of the arch of the wheel then cut and flared the fender and welded that piece of bar in as the new edge.
Result, no more cut tires when fully compressing the suspension and a custom wheel arch. They made it look simple and they finished in the length of the show, simply amazing.
Then the next show took a 78 Mustang and they are gutting the interior, installing a cage, racing seats up front, and a 330 motor with a custom beefed up suspension. Lots of what they showed could be put directly into redoing a Discovery!

The power block is my favorite chunk of TV though. Very good for ideas, new products and methods and overall high fun factor

Lol! I don't doubt it could be done in an afternoon but it's heavily edited to fit into a 21 minutes; ask they guy who hasn't watched TV for 8 years how real it is!!

Gee here we go again - some folks have no concept of SATIRE. of course they edited it. I just said that in jest. But you do something similar with a little bit of creative effort.
