Default Lt230 d1 into a d2
I am looking to buy a discovery 1 transfer case and put it on my discovery 2. Is there anything i should be aware of before taking up this job? Will it work?

it will fit, physically. I think there will be some electrocontrol issues. why not get a d2 case?

There is a d1 available at the junkyard, figured it would be an easy swap since it's the same case. Is this not true?
