radiator cap, why plastic?

Default radiator cap, why plastic?
I ran across a metal replacement for my disco 1 and should have bought it on the spot but ofcourse did not. Any one have the link?

The same plug works well as a replacement if your diff fill plug is also plastic, and boy they do break.
