Default roof rack decision time L320

so the time has come for the purchase of a roof rack for my 13 RRS and it is now one of the few points that i say to myself life would be so much easier if I upgraded LR3 into a LR4, My options are pretty limited it seems and i cannot stand the look of the Bajarack roof rack so it seems I am basically limited to a Voyager Rack or a cheap universal ARB/Smittybilt rack and making some brackets to fit it. Does anyone have any experience with either? or is anyone running anything different there aren't many options out there since not many are building this platform.

Wonder if FrontRunner has a semi universal rack that could be easily adapted. The front foot on the LR3 side plates could probably be adapted by someone with a welder or water jet. Might be a similar width out of the box.

Terrible customer service and quality! We ordered a custom rack from Voyager Rack. They mixed up their shipments and we received the wrong rack. When they finally reshipped our rack, it arrived with dents and scratches where the powder-coating gone and bare steel exposed. Voyager team was contacted and they told our installer to simply spray paint it over! As noted in some other Forums, the look and fit (does not need rails) are a positive, but the quality (welding, powder-coating) and especially the customer service is terrible.

I like the front runner rack on the L320.

Sucks that voyager didn't deliver and meet expectations.

Thanks. I still can't get over how unprofessional Voyager staff were in dealing with the situation.
We are now looking at BajaRacks. Will need to add roof rails first though. Anybody with experience with Baja?

when i first was looking i thought about ordering a baja rack but as i stated was not thrilled with the looks and def not thrilled with the 8 weeks of waiting for a rack, i am working with Frontrunner currently to try and find a universal rack in a size that works for the L320
