Default Steel Bumper damage

Two months ago my LR Disco 2 was crashed into by an Enterprise rental van driven by an Enterprise employee, still fighting their insurance over the repairs. I figured it would be an easy fix, deep pockets, right? No. They're wanting to replace my after market steel bumper with a stock used bumper. After much debate and f bombs, I finally got them to agree to call Platinum Autosport to confirm just how much this bumper would cost to replace. The adjuster informed me that they no longer make the exact bumper that I have..but can put something similar together. My question is : can this bumper be straightened? I've heard it can, I've heard it cannot. The auto body shop I intended to use said no....I'd much rather fix the one I have (it's the best non factory feature I have). The damage isn't too awful. While I'm not actually trying to cash in on this deal, it wouldn't be against my moral beliefs to use the new bumper money ($675) to add a brush guard, new tires, or whatever else I want for the truck.

Anything can be fixed with enough time and money. Do you have any pictures of it?
