I'm about 25 miles south of Lynhburg, Va, out in the country.
Lynchburg city cops love to check tint, and write tickets for it...and so do Troopers.

 

I bet that's why. Here in nova I think cops probably have better stuff to do

 

Don't bet on it.
The cops have plenty to do here.
Let one have a slow day, needs his quota up, feels like fishing, or already has you pulled over for tint or anything else....
Tint them as dark as you want, just be aware when you see the man.
