You have cost your self some big BUCKs for nothing.
Why did you change your fan, how many miles on your truck and what was the truck running at before you decided to do this.
You, by your temp numbers are now running way too hot./ Your t/stat starts to open at 180 and is fully open at 192, I rarely get above 204 or 205 even when driving in the mountains.

Mike: The day before i did the electric fans I decide to plug my obd2 scaner to see the working temp in the motor, so i went for a long drive and stop on a 711 to get some drinks and left the engine running for about 10min, no more than that, came back and check the temp and it was at 220 already on my obd2 creen, but on the dash board fine. So I taw it was normal since the truck has never over heat on me, So the next day I did my electric fans and went out for a test drive and notice my temp 210, 212, 215 On trafic, but on hig way went down quick to 195 around 70miles, also notice the a/c fan kicking in around 208 so that's when I started to ask my self that 212F and up was no normal... So I decide to check the radieator for mud and dirt and find out it was super dirty. Now I clean the radiator and the temp dont pass over 204 in traffic..... This is a Discovery 2003 with 120k.... The reason I did the up-grade was to gaing some power since i'm running 35" tires.... I did the exhaust str8 with cat, mantec and knn air filter plus the electric fans and the truck gaing the power BaCK..... So at the end Mike what you think??? I'm still watching the temp with the scaner =D and going to keep doing this for a cuple of days untill im sure 100%

First, do your self a huge favor and get rid of that K&N air filter before it costs you a new MAF as well as a really dirty engine.
Your numbers are way to high and I would suggest you go see a radiator shop and see what they suggest as to possibly cleaning out your radiator.
How is your new fan set to come on, is it mutiple speeds and at what temp?

Maf sensor is about a year old, and knn is about 8mo Thanks for the advice................. The a/c fan kick in around 208f while the aditional electric fan turn on around 204f plus the fan cluth is back on the truck, the temp still high, but it stay around 204 and the maximum is 208 no more than that.... Yea the new t /stat get here on tuesday and i'm hooping to solve the problem...So far the oil is fine and im not loosing any coolant at all, so the engine still ok. I'm cheking with a radiator shop on wednesday to see what they said afther i swap the new t/stat... Thanks Mike!!!
