Hi Everyone, I would like to change the rims on my new Disco 5 TD6 from the 20" to 21" any advice on where to go? going through the dealer will cost about $8000, also where can i go to sell my current wheels and Tires?

What is it like $400 factory option and $2000 after market?

I would imagine it wouldn't be the same cost as the upgrade, but no way it should be $8k either. Probably something like half that price. Did you price out what it would cost if you just outright purchased the rims and tires then had them installed locally?

 

 

Check Ebay or Craigslist, it is pretty common for people to change wheels so you should find something. Same for selling. That being said, in next couple of days I will post my 21" wheels on Ebay. Some minor scuffs but nothing major, original TPMS, Goodyear F1 Eagle Asymmetric tires 275/45R21, about 13k miles on these. From what i saw previously on Ebay it should go around $1200 but shipping is around $250. You should be able to sell your 20"s for about $800 to $1000 depending on condition.
