Default AC not working in back?

The controls in the back seat aren’t working and the overhead is blowing full blast hot air. Any recommendations?

Are they locked? You can lock out the rear controls from the front touchscreen in the AC controls menu. See if you can unlock from there. You should see a padlock / lock symbol lit up somewhere on the rear controls if that's the case

Also you can adjust rear temp etc from the front touch screen too. Does that work?

no. Right now I have a couple electrical issues. The tailgate will not go up or down, the back door will close half way and stop so I have to hit the button again, and my AC in the back is a blowtorch when I go to max. Anything else and it works fine except no controls in the rear power up. Wondering if some circuit controls theses functions. They all started at the same time.
