We walked by there a few times, and it looked great and a busy atmosphere! I found a delicious ribeye with a side of bacon for $20 at Zim's Cafe across the street at the courthouse (carnivore diet win 😁. Seemed like a more relaxed environment for the kiddos. I hope to go back -Lexington was great! Tony's next time!
Zim's has brunch, too! I think they have it only on the weekends, though. It is one of my sister's favorite places for brunch. Their Reuben sandwich is also excellent!
Tony's is definitely a better place for date night for you & your Mrs., but kids are always welcome. They have the best mac & cheese I've ever had. Kids would love it! It is made with five imported cheeses, and Tony refuses to tell me what kind of cheese is in it lol.
Well, after I got my Defender back last week after having the steering wheel replaced, I was brutally cut-off by a jackass in a ****ty Nissan Versa with no trunk lid. Yeah, the dude was a total ****** and shouldn't be licensed to operate a motor vehicle. I went to blare my horn at him to no avail. Took it back today to get the horn fixed and low and behold, I get another D5. Same exact spec as before, just this one is Santorini Black over Ebony. Totally drab spec, but hey, its just a loaner car. Asked for an F-Pace or Velar, but got another D5.
Like I said, the P300 engine is perfectly adequate, but I cannot recommend it in the D5 like I can in the Defender. Just doesn't suit the car nearly as well as it does in my Defender. Hopefully I'll only have this for a few days.
