Default Backup Sensor Alerts

Hi everyone. On my 2019 HSE, I am having an issue where the backup (and forward) sensors do not make any noise when the car is close to bumping into something. The sensors appear on the screen but there is no noise indicating that you are close. I am used to most cars making a beeping noise from the corner of the car that is closest to the object. And that noise increases as you get closer. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this? I have tried pushing the speaker icon on the screen. Thanks

You can adjust the volume of the parking sensors with the radio volume control (only while the sensors are sounding off).

So if you might have turned the volume down while they were sounding off, then that might be your problem, just try turning up the volume while in proximity of something causing the alert.

Same thing with the navigation instructions, they are controlled by the volume control only while actively saying instructions.

Thank you. I have tried that. I have seen a little volume banner show up on the screen for a split second but i can never adjust the volume fast enough. If i back up close to something and just sit there and try to adjust the volume it doesn't work.

Default No beening from Park Assit at all

Hi guys this is very easy to fix, if you see that the assistance is working but you do not heard anything just adjust the volume from the radio while you are or reverse and then magic you will hear again the beeping. Cheers and thank you for all other posts.

I am having the same issue on my 2014 RR Sport, although no noise coming from the speakers. Bluetooth is connected, and sat/radio are working, but no sound. Any ideas? I am thinking/hoping that it's the AUX battery, which i just had tested and they said needs to be replaced.
