I am curious if anyone has done some noticeable modification parts, tips or tricks? A few examples below:

- performance chip?
- Air intake
- KN air filter differance
- InControl mods?
- Apple play tricks
- Display functions on screens

I don't have much to add but ill say this. I have a 2018 disco V and realized my system software has not been updated since I bought it in 2018. I all customer support and they said they couldnt update it remotley.... that I needed to take it in to LR services and have them update the software. Luckily they did it for free (i had to push on them) ... but now I have applecar play and new design on screen.

Wondering if LR will ever release an update for InControl to allow for wireless carplay?
I've been in countless loaners over the past 4 years (I've literally lost count) and have grown accustomed to wireless carplay.

What apps do you leverage for InControl anyway?

 

reduction pulley for the super charger on the Si6. Hands down that made a major improvement in the vehicle for me. Also the add on security camera was a great addition. Nice to have it recording even when the vehicle is parked and IF anything were to happen to it.

 

Whoa thats awesome. No idea that was even an option. Could you elaborate more - like which part/mfg did you go with and did you have an auto shop install for how much?

Coming from the Audi world, there was a lot more we could do at home than I’m able to find available for Land Rovers.

 

Quality superchargers carries the pully kit as well as rebuild kits and oil for our superchargers. I used their ebay storefront to find the kit but decided to just go for a full replacement after finding some play in the one on my vehicle.

Edit: I did the install myself. It was not overly difficult but if you are not comfortable with tearing into the engine i would ask you favorite local indy shop.

 

Found the pulley here. 12% increase. Does it not require a computer update to leverage higher boost? Otherwise we are really just spinning the blower up sooner in the rpm range. Come from Audi too, and have under over over pulley with tune and that made a pretty significant improvement.
